Primecut in Giessen

If you want to eat delicious, you go here. It tastes very good here, the staff are friendly, everything is very clean and it is tastefully decorated.

Tried the pick up service today. We recommend! Well organized with the Drive Inn. The packaging was exemplary, with side dishes, meat and sauce in separate containers. The containers made of compostable material and everything in a large paper bag. In terms of taste, the lamb rose as it should be.

Been there twice and very satisfied! The selection is large and the steaks are very tasty! Perfectly fried as ordered. The staff is courteous / careful / friendly and that even when the restaurant is full. If you go to Giessen a visit here is a must! - really recommendable!

Below average food, ambience of a train station hall and staff that think it works in a star restaurant. Not recommendable!

I went to eat there in October for my birthday. An excellent service, the ladies and gentlemen from the service knew very well about the food and drinks. Very, very well trained staff. The steaks were fried and served with pinpoint accuracy. We were absolutely delighted with everything.

Last time we were here, we sat with order cards for 30 minutes and learned the menu by heart. No one from staff did not come to us to offer drinks or take orders, despite the fact that the next table was served by 2 waiters! We should just say BYE to Primecut ... 😏

There is a large selection of excellent steaks and side dishes. The Tomahawk Steak for 2 people (1200g) is terrific. The competent staff tries very hard ... we will definitely be back!

So I can only recommend a visit to this steakhouse great food, great service. But the gentleman in black (managing director I assume) is a catastrophe! This man literally exudes incompetence. Loud and impolite to his employees and completely unjustified. Whoever has left the supervision to this gentleman should be concerned.

Very nice and competent service, the food is incredibly good (and costs accordingly). If there is a need, we like to eat here.

The idea to go to Primecut actually came from the fact that we had a real appetite for a well-made burger. And we were not disappointed. The ambience is really pleasant, not too dark and we found the seating and tables comfortable. The service is very friendly, so we were pleasantly surprised. Very accommodating, came at regular intervals and very child-friendly (crayons and coloring pages were brought). The open kitchen can be watched at any time while the food is being prepared and although we had a table right next door, we did not find the background noise disturbing. Likewise, no unpleasant food smell was perceptible. The food itself ... in short: very tasty and the meat fried to the point. We had a burger and fillet steak. A poem as one hoped it would be. The mint aperitifs were delicious and well balanced. The dessert, NY cheesecake and the chocolate cake ... just wow. Overall, Primecut is highly recommended, even if it comes at a price. However, a pleasant evening with fantastic food is worth it.

Very polite, dedicated staff who are always there when you need something and can answer questions very extensively, so that the impression is created that they know their products very well. The quality of the food is outstanding and definitely worth the price. Here you know exactly where your meat comes from and how it grew up. The steaks are grilled to the desired cooking point, which unfortunately is not always perfect. Nevertheless, the food tastes fantastic, both the meat and the side dishes, so I can only recommend a visit to Primecut Gießen!

Fillet of beef was ICE COLD inside. Atmosphere like in a train station hall. You can't go out to eat here. Staff was VERY POLITE but absolutely overloaded. The first and the last time. Absolutely OVERPRICE.

Very, very tasty food! Our waiter Ricardo is a TOP motivated and very polite host! The "boss" is rather rude and empathy is not his strength! We would like to come again...

this is not primecut, this is prime trap ! asking prices like premium steakhouse, i expect a premium meat to be served ! medium filet means that the meat should not be look like boiled through... such a disapointment i had not in a long time ....

Totally disappointed! Deer tartar tasteless, burger overcooked ! Almost one hour to get the food ! no excuses ! Worst experience!

Has been our favorite steak place-to-go, but unfortunately not positive when we visited on 29 Nov. Ordered Tomahawk steak at 64.50€ to share between three persons, but was not informed that additional surcharge will be applied when the steak is shared by more than 2 persons. An extra 4€ was applied to the bill at the end and only then did the staff explained the additional charge when asked.
